In Financial Industries, safety is the key point of the financial information system. And the practical application of the financial system decided the safety of the financial information. It can combine different information security techniques, such as:cryptography, key management, identity authentication, access control, application security agreement and transaction processing, into the security program of the financial information system. Also it can find and correct the security problems in the process of system. As we can see, with the popularization computer network, the computer application system changed a lot, and that make the information data sharp grow. Therefore, the information security becomes more and more important. If the system has any problem about the information safety, the implications will be massive.Nowadays, the main parts of the bank network security contain fault-tolerance, disaster-tolerant, fast recovery and uninterrupted service. So far, for the whole security system, it is only focus on some fixed points, like:access control, the virus scan, content filtering and so on. But as an application system, it should pay more attention to provide a flexible security control system, and that will become of the future development direction.The purpose of this paper is to make the banking business and office system safer and protection mode more reasonable, by designed an optimized and upgrade program, which based on the current situation of the equipment, circuit and router. The security model is changed from1:1model to1+1model.In this paper, the first part is the introduction of the SDH theory, and the second part is how to update the recovery ability of the system by a design based on SDH theory in the banking business and office system. At the third part this paper introduces the optimization of the update system's hardware and software, the system is replaced by a better router which is configured and been trouble removal. It concludes that after the update of the banking system, the router not only runs normally but also gets promoting characteristics of high density switching. It makes administrative control departing from data forwarding. At the same time, the packet forwarding rate promotes obviously from280Kpps to600Kpps.
