The Design And Realization Of Router Configuration Software

Combining with an actual project and basing on object-oriented technique, the software's design utilizes many tool-software. It realizes the functions that configuration file can be automatically created and the file can be sended to a router from COM interface. And it completes the whole process of router configuration. What's more, the software adopts graphic interface. So, people can do some simple operation, such as click, select, haul and so on. The software can complete the router configuration automatically. Then, it creates a configuration file, and sends the file to router. It greatly makes the router configuration convenient.The thesis introduces the whole design process of Router Configuration Software. Begin with the system's requirement and structure's design, this paper discusses the realization methods of the software's each part. Combining with my experience, the whole process of the software's development is recounted in the paper. This paper still elaborates many parts detailedly, including requirement analysis, design and analysis of software holistic structure, design of each module, and some technique difficulties in the program development. At the end of the thesis, some methods, about the software's continual development and prospective improvement, have been put forward.This software combines C++ language with theory of router configuration adequately. Furthermore, to complete the design of software system, many tools have been used, such as VC++6.0 development software, TFTP software, InstallShield Professional software, EasyCHM software, etc. This design has been applied to the practice. It caters for the users'requirement well and plays a vital role in the project. It has a high practical application value and an academic significance.
