In recent years,college education has became more common in our country, the population of teachers and students has increased geometricly, as well as the financial data has increased dramatically, but the difficulty of management has became more and more tough. Therefore, how to complete the financial management and statistical work accuratly and efficiently, and how to share the financial data are the challenges that most colleges'financial management have been met at present. In this situation, the rapid development of the Internet provides favorable conditions for financial management and information of network.Financial management work plays an important role in the university. To build anadvanced and reasonable financial management information system can make it works more effectively and manageably. Te thesis analysis the background and the present situation about the national and foreign colleges'financial information management system, and combined with the case of our university, to establish a design proposal of financial information management system, which do with.NET as the platform, B/S 3-tier application as the backbone, and Assemble with the database design, network security technology,etc. In this design proposal, the use of the new technology,such as STL, which can enhances the function of software greatly,at the same time, also decreases the difficulty about software development.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background, significance about the financial information management system, the domestic and foreign research status, then relates the main contents of research; Secondly, it introduceds some related technologies and theories about how to develop this system;Thirdly,is demand analysis of system, it mainly introduces target system analysis, to solve problems and functional requirements of the system, etc. Moreover, it introduces the system design, including the design of database, design of function module of system, design of system structure; At last, is functions implementation, this part mainly introduces how to implement each functional modules with programming.After Preliminary debugging, the system's Operator Interfaces is simple, Processing efficiency is higher; Security is guaranteed by user authentication and access control technology,etc. it will correspond in all respects with the design requirements, complete the tasks of financial information management well. Meanwhile it can satisfy the actual need.
