Urban underground pipe network and urban development have close and direct relationship, with the continuous development of urban modernization, the number of city underground pipe network is increasing, construction of underground space is more complex, urban underground pipe and net burst frequency gradually increased, causing tremendous economic losses to the country. Improving emergency response capabilities of municipal departments, establish a rapid, flexible, accurate and detailed pipeline information inquiries and to assist repair personnel to repair the burst pipe in decision-making system to quickly and reasonably manoeuvre efficient mobilization of burst pipe repair, use the limited human and material resources to minimize the loss of burst pipes, modern city emergency repair underground pipe network system has become imperative. Emergency repair of urban underground pipe network decision support system, at the same time of completing the network information management, mainly solves the problem of efficient allocation of the point of burst pipes, monitoring center, and repair staff, and improve the efficiency of emergency response pipe explosion.This paper, linked with the characteristics and needs of urban underground pipe network, using Mapx component as a platform, proposed an urban underground pipe network construction method for decision support system based on GPS / GIS / VR / GPRS, studies some key technology and implementation methods in the system development process; and proposed solutions for urban pipeline networks and systems for emergency repair problems based on comprehensive integration platform and multi-city emergency repair underground pipe network decision support system for the current status.The main contents of this paper is divided into the following sections:1. It describes the urban underground network management and emergency repair of the current situation and to establish the background and significance of the system, while GPS, GIS, VR, GPRS briefly outlined to explain the concept and advantages of integration, analyzing the necessity of the integration routes of this system, on the basis of the overall system design, module design and database design.2. Some of the key technologies of the system: the analysis of the GPS / GPRS communication technology system; study the implementation process pipe explosion analysis; with each repair site, the system fixed the actual situation, taking into account critical three different control points and the location of the road, extended the traditional Dijkstra algorithm, making the Dijkstra algorithm can be applied to the system; completed building three-dimensional scene in the pipe network system and comprehensive data analysis.3. Achieve the urban underground pipeline network of emergency repair decision support system in certain region, and show some of the features.
