In this thesis, relying on the three soft strata oversized face4105of LiangjiaCoal’s recovery as a model to develop a set of three soft strata oversized face securityproduction decision support system. Firstly, it analyzes the creation of three soft strataoversized face roadway support model, face stope support pressure distribution modeland the overlying strata movement law model, and identify three soft strata oversizedface roadway excavation, support and surrounding rock control method, obtaining themain deformation predisposing factors of three soft strata surrounding rock aresecondary disturbance by tunnel digging and mining face and soft rock’s rheologicalproperties. It presents related theory and technologies of three soft strata mining face,and then describes the development tools and research and development content of thesoft formations oversized face safety production decision support system. In this paper,Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) and OpenGL development language are used to achieve3D visualization of three soft strata oversized face4105strata, informatization of themining face and digitization of the recovery process in the overlying strata movementand propulsion function of the worksurface stoping. Secondly, the Mine LiangjiaMining system design has been realized, besides common software function, it canalso analyzes the advanced abutment pressure distribution laws and overlying stratamovement characteristics through working face stoping, analyzes and predicts thetime and location of the security incidents in the mining process and provides theappropriate prevention and control measures. The system offers data support for thethree soft strata oversized face security and efficient miningoptimized,accordingly,provides theoretical support and decision-making basis forthree soft formations oversized face of Liangjia Coal’ safety production.
