Its main content is:With the construction of information in the Zhongshan detentioncenter as the background, this paper analyzes the features and shortage ofexisting software system, illustrates the related theories and technologies ofthe prisoners management decision-support system, ascertaining thesystem’s frame structure and technical strategy, find out the relational database and full-text search technology to meet the requirements ofinformation collection of this system; build database according to thetechnology of the existing software engineering and application design, andthe use of the relation database Oracle; use full text retrieval technology torealize the non-data quick query; using data warehouse technology torealize statistical analysis and decision support; development this systemsoftware based on J2EE standard of the three layer technical architecturesystem; using object-oriented method, analyzes and designs this system;use the divided secret level method, access permission method and role authentication method to establish security mechanism; based on templatetechnology, dynamic generate the operation control and informationinquiry page; based on the workflow engine technology, design systemsworkflow, finally, summarize the implementation of the detentionprisoners’ decision-support systems.At present, the decision-support system in Zhongshan detention centerhas been gradually ran, the system software after initial operation haveshowed good effect. This development of this system promotes theinformation and modernization level of Zhongshan detention center, fullyembody its social and economic benefit; improves the rapid reaction abilityand work efficiency, promotes the establishment of supervisioninformatization, and gradually realizes the information technology andscientific management of the daily management, actual combat andcommand decision-making; gradually makes the transition from "managing people by people" pattern to "computer information guidancepeople to managing people by people " pattern, and provides strong technical support for " information leading police strategy ".
