The waterfall model of design is mainly used in this system. The development cycle of this system is divided to six basic part which is planning, requirement analysis, software design, programming, software testing, operation and maintenance.During the planning phase, mainly analysis has been done for the advantages and disadvantages of waterfall model, and the mainly work for each stage also be analyzed. Then, the architecture of the software is discussed. The C/S model and B/S model are analyzed and compared. According to the analysis, the B/S model is adopted for the design of this system.During the requirements analysis phase, firstly, feasibility analysis of technical, economic, legal and other aspects is accomplished, to ensure that the system can be developed successfully. Secondly, all the needs of users are summarized. Thirdly, the requirements for the hardware and software of this system are summarized which based on all above.In the system design stage, according to the demand analysis of the obtained results, the analysis of the functional module, user requirements into functional modules, then the system interface and system security and other aspects of the design, the system interface design, considering the system interface usability, normative sex, rationality, beauty and harmony of the design, system security, mainly using the user permissions settings, dual authentication, data encryption and database backup and recovery mechanisms are considered; in the design of database, according to the database design for the common steps of design were done respectively, database needs analysis, database design and conceptual structure logical database design and other related work.During the programming phase, each module is programmed individually. In these modules, first-page interface module, article display module, information dissemination module and database security module are illustrated by the method of schematic + program + explains.During the software testing phase, firstly, the testing strategy for this system is expounded. Secondly, the function, performance and user interface has been tested. Finally, no error has been found in this system.
