Design And Implementation Of Police Intelligence Analysis System Based On Various Logical Relations

In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of the people quality,our society is asking higher and higher requirments to our police departments.For example,people have high requirements for the police department to detect various criminal cases,especially cases highly related to ordinary people.Therefore,it is one of the aims of the police department to increase their capability in detecting criminal cases.With the development of informationization,modernization and standardization in police department,it starts to increase the efforts against criminals and the prevention of criminality with the help of the police intelligence analysis system.Despite the smooth development of “intelligence” project in police department,and the collection of intelligent information from various resources,it is still an open question how to apply the intelligent information in the activities and practices of police department.To this end,the police intelligence analysis system aims to tackle the above issue.The police intelligence analysis system is usually developed by police department with the following aims:(1)collect and integrate intelligent information from various resources;(2)obtain useful hints by analyzing the intelligent information automatically.The police intelligence analysis system plays a critical role in the activities and practice in police department.This thesis proposes a police intelligence analysis system centers intelligence analysts with assistance from top officials and police officers.The system integrates five kernel datasets in the bottom,including criminal case dataset,video dataset,picture dataset,intelligence analysis dataset,and human being dataset.The logical relations between criminal cases are automatically detected.In system design and implementation,this thesis proposes to use popular technologies,including Browser/Server structure,C# programming language,Microsoft SQL 2005 as database,etc.Feedback from users has shown the effectiveness of our system in analyzing useful intelligent information.
