Because elevator is a kind of special equipment, it has strict requests on safety anc reliability for its core devices and control performance such as the tractor, permanen magnetic synchronous tractor has been widely used in elevator field because of its smal volume, high efficiency and excellent control performance.Based on Jiangsu technology supporting project "Research on Core Technology for Energy-Saving of Elevator's Drive and Control Electrical System", a PMSM hardware dirve and control system with DSP TMS320F2812 as its core are designed. The main tasks of thi: paper contain:Based on analysis and calculation on key parameters of PMSM's Drive and Contro System, core devices such as the main controller and tractor are chosen.A plan of the whole hardware control system is determined and demonstrated in details The whole system is divided into three parts:feebleness electricity control board, strong electricity system board and hall sensor board. Feebleness electricity control board is the core controller, it defects PMSM's information needed to be analyzed and processed like current voltage and velocity through hall sensor board, and adjusts the running status of tractor by controlling strong electricity system board. Modularized design is used in order to make thi system easy to be maintained and updated which contains twelve modules, such as core control circuit, power management module, the main circuit and so on.Base on the research o EMC technology, all the printed circuit boards are designed and made.Take part in design of the control software and coding of some parts of the hardwar driver. What's more, measurements of all the circuit modules and the whole PMSM's Driv and Control System are carried out.So far, the functional modules have been testified as well as the whole system. The resui shows that this hardware system possesses a fine control performance.
