Construction Machinery Panel Controller Design

In recent years, with the rapid development of the socialist cause of our country, more and more construction machines are used frequently in the engineering construction. The controller of construction machines is the brain of the whole mechanical structure. It determines the operating performance and safety performance of the construction machine. In the background of the practical project, this paper designs a vehicle controller which accords to the user's specific requirements. As a part of the whole vehicle control system, this controller is used to receive and process a part of vehicle data.At first, the article analyzes the feasibility of the user's request, and then gives a general solution. In this paper, the design content mainly includes the process design, hardware design and software design. The modular design concept is followed by designer in this paper, so the controller is divided into different functional modules. The sequence which begins from the big picture and goals down to the parts is used in the whole design process. Firstly, the paper gives the overall design, and then gives the specific module design. Finally, the debugging results are given in the article.The controller mainly comprises a power module, the core processor module, module, input and output module, data storage module and a communication interface module. The core processor used in this controller is ARM7 kernel. Many kinds of user's requirements can be met by the core processor with strong processing capacity and rich external interface. The modular design concept is also followed by the process of hardware and software design, which is good for the simplification the design process and the maintenance in the process of using.The whole design process in this paper has a clear thinking and a clear object. Finally, the controller is designed successfully, which has been used by users.
