According to the demand of orchid plants growing, the plant tissue of seedling technique development is promoted. This paper presents a new type of plant tissue control system. The system combined with terminal controllers and centralized controller. Terminal controller is a combination of LPC2292 and CC2430 double MCU embedded system. It works for environmental parameters testing, red and blue LED lamp controlling and image acquisition. Centralized controller communicates terminal controller with ZigBee wireless way. Centralized controller with embedded Linux and Qt application responsibles for the information collecting and image storage and processing.By using the machine vision to indoor plant tissue growth situation is monitoring, get plant growth status information to improve tissue of the intelligent room has the vital significance. With the price of LED continue to drop, indoor using LED tissue for light can significantly improve the plant growth and quality. As we known plant monitoring brings new problems, this paper proposes a red and blue LED tissue in light color shift to deal with serious situation of plant growth condition monitoring method.The actual test results show that the system design reliable and stable. It can promote the plant tissue rapidly and healthily growth. For the rest of the plant cultivation system it also has the reference.
