The Research On The Interconnection And Convergence About NGN With Intelligent Network And The Whole Network Intellectualized

For telecom operators,traditional switched telephone network evolution to NGN is a general trend,but the existing network investment can not be lost at once,NGN should gradually replace the existing PSTN etwork.Telecom operators first taking the replacement of the access layer network device is a safer option,to establish one or more NGN local swich and connect with the original network.New access networks set up in the NGN based on PON technology,accept users with soft switch equipment,gradually replace the PSTN exchange.After then the aggregation layer switches are replaced by the soft switching equipments,ultimately achieve the target of soft switch network instead of PSTN network.This thesis studies on the condition that the telecom operator not only to establish soft switch networks,but also to protect the existing network investment,NGN and intelligent network's technology of interconnection and convergence.This thesis first introducts the structures of intelligent network and NGN,describes the way of the intelligent business on current fixed network in Jinan Branch of China Unicom,then based on the problem encountered in Jinan Branch of China Unicom in the work of optical fiber instead of the copper cable,projects to use SDC equipment to optimize the intelligent business,and under the program cutover SDC into current network,provide the new contract of providing intelligent business for a large number of new users of NGN,meet the need for the project of the optical fiber insteading of the copper cable,smooth the development of Jinan Branch of Unicom's fixed network intelligent business.Finally, according to the goal of network evolution,this thesis proposes the project of the whole network intellectualized,which is used in the next transformation work of Jinan Branch of China Unicom's network.
