Research On Telemarketing System Of Zhangzhou Telecom

With the splitting and reconstruction of telecommunications industry and the issue of 3G business licenses, a competitive environment has been created by the three full-service telecommunications companies:China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. As all the three companies do the service with almost the same business form, how to innovate the marketing channels and marketing model, making full use of the wide range of human resources of China Telecom are important means to take advantage in the competition. As a result, Zhangzhou Telecom sets up the construction projects of Telephone marketing system.The goal of the telemarketing system is that by using computer and telecommunication technology, it breaks the limitations of space and time caused by traditional marketing model. It also enables thousands of employees of Zhangzhou Telecom and its partners to carry out telemarketing at anytime and in any place, meanwhile the system will automatically record the marketing process. The customers may choose to confirm the service, and then enjoy the service of auto-delivery of orders.Based on this project we do research on the Telemarketing System of Zhangzhou Telecom, and the development mainly includes the industrial control program in the background, and the development of the query management interface in the front desk. The former requires real-time operational database, and for the latter, the system should be fully featured and easy to use. Based on analysis, the industrial control program is written by Delphi, and choosing Oracle as the database. In addition, the data exchange is realized by using the structured query language of SQL, which is a typical client/server mode. The query management interface in the front desk makes use of the development environment of PHP4. In this case, we get the data through a Web query, which belongs to the typical browser/server mode.The research results have been put into use and achieved good results.
