Design And Implementation Of Anbang Insurance Group's Telemarketing System

With the progress of science and technology, the phone and the Internet walked into people's life. Thanks to the continuous updating of hardware and software facilities, the insurance business has begun to use the Network Collaboration Office System. With the first generation of telemarketing system, sales people need to call constantly in order to find some useful information but it appears to have little effect. As the first generation of telephone sales system has been unable to fulfill the requirements of the company, it is necessary to develop the next generation system.This paper mainly introduced the design and implementation of the telephone sales system.This paper analyses the business requirements and performance requirements of this insurance company firstly.Then preliminary design is given to describe the outline of this system and detailed design follows.Finally the system test shows the excellent performance of this sales system.The system is divided into two main subsystems, one is the subsystem manages the customers' information while the other one manages the business logic. In addition, the timer function and report function are divided into subsystems to provide services to the two main subsystems.The implementation of this system is based on the SSH framework,Struts2 is responsible for the View-layer in MVC, Spring is responsible for the Controller-layer in MVC, and Hibernate is responsible for the MVC's Model-layer. There are one entity-package, one service-package,one action-package, one dao-package and one util-package in every function module.The entity-package is responsible for mapping with the database table, the dao-package is responsible for a direct implementation of database operations, the service-package is responsible for providing relevant database query function to the action-package and the action-package is responsible for the realization of the logic layer. JSON is the bridge to connect the font-pages and back-service while the tag language of Struts2 and jQuery are used to show the information.
