Nowadays, embedded and network communications technology has been applied to a variety of fields so that the intelligence equipments can be used more comfortable, affordable, effective and energy-efficient. With the development of network technology, network application has been a trend. So when achieve accessing and manipulating the same data with different access methods (such as LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet, etc) from different place in the industry, that how to achieve B/S model in terminals system becomes an important issue.Using the internet technology, the B/S model, which monitor and control industrial equipments remotely base on network in industrial equipment, can monitor and control equipments anywhere or anytime to save the resources and have an efficient coordination between equipments. The major challenge is how to access efficiently the resources of equipments, and design an efficient, safe and robust system.Currently, the key of B/S management is implementing network devices to provide the remote access service in industrial equipment. There are many kinds of methods to access remotely the industrial equipment. The implement with tiny TCP/IP protocol running on the MCU directly is flexible and lower cost.In this paper, a C8051F020 MCU controlled intelligent terminal is realized with tiny TCP/IP protocol. Remote control is realized to intelligent terminal via network. The protocols (ICMP, IP, TCP, UDP, and HTIP) are realized in the system and the external memory is added to solve the problems of power off.The system includes the control center (MCU), network and external memory. The C8051F020 MCU is the control center. And the network consists of three parts, RTL8019as, 20F001NG and RJ45. The external memory is EEPROM.In this paper, we research on methods for system response speed improvement, security and robustness is proposed. Using MCU interruption, task scheduling and read and write of external memory by byte, response time is reduced. Meanwhile, IP and MAC address verification to enhance its safety on the network layer, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) keeps mass interference away from MCU. Furthermore, accessing controlling improve the robustness.
