Requirements of electronic distance measurement range of 30cm~120cm, 1cm accuracy, the measurements without direct contact with the measured object, can show clear and stable measurement results. Point to the strong ultrasonic energy consumption is slow, the spread in the medium distance, and therefore frequently used ultrasonic distance measurement, such as the range finder and level measurement and so can be achieved by ultrasound.The range finder with 555 circuit, two-level amplifier circuit and compare circuit of the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, LED display circuit, alarm circuit. Microcontroller core of the range finder unit, under the control of the key step to achieve the distance in the detection of 30cm~120cm, and has a detection range of digital values of real-time display function, set the alarm distance value, manually adjust the range of features such as alarm .This circuit generates the 40KHz pulse of the pulse signal by the driver circuits to drive the post into the ultrasonic transmitter power, let it send ultrasound.Ultrasonic transmitter receivers receive ultrasonic signals emitted by the signal after the big party, processing into the single chip microcontroller comparison, the microcontroller will be analyzed to calculate the module in the digital display shows the current distance value measured.
