Laser range finder is a kind of un-touching measuring technology, which is used in the field of remote sensing, exactitude measuring, project construction, security supervising, capacity controlling and so on. The old system of laser range finder, which processes laser emission system, laser incepting system and measuring round-trip time of light pulse by separated cell circuit, makes the cost of exploiture expensive, debugging difficult, circuit complex, precision inaccurate, reliability low, bulk and weight great, even without any standard suited gate together with other instruments. Therefore, popularization application of laser range finder is cumbered.This task aims to design a full digital integration project of laser range finder signal processing system. There are five parts that include signal arising, signal gathering, synthesis contraling, data processing and data transmission in this integrate circuit, except for laser emission and laser incepting system. So the signal can be processed directly by digital signal processing without DA transition, AD transition and filter processing. Compared with the laser range finder signal processing system of separated cell circuit, there are many advantages such as reducing the cost of system greatly, shortening developing period. Becouse of standard RS232 gate, the system can be connected with communication mode so as to consist of laser distant real time controlling system. The result can be displayed by LED any time. Therefore the laser range finder system is compose of LD, PD and ASIC. A technology methed of supervised bridge displacement is offered and supervising sample which is convenient, useful and efficient may be good for bridge displacement watched.The paper introduces a phase range system by using DCM based on square wave in the exploitation environment ise8.2 and expoitation edition Virtex2Pseries XC2VP30 supplied by xilinx company. Three measuring rulers, that is 30MHz,3MHz and 10kHz, are adopted. The corresponding lenghth is 5meters,50meters and 15000 meters. The corresponding precision is±0.02 meters,±0.5meters and±5 meters. So laser range finder full digital signal processing system is designed. To prove the veracity of this system, a simulation of laser circuit is set up by time-lapse method. It is known that a phase range system by DCM based on square wave is feasible through testing. The precision and result can satisfy the demand of designing project.
