Design And Implementation Of Financial Service Payment System Based On The Front-banking Integrated Platform

The current pattern of bank information technology, from network infrastructure, business systems to management information systems, are moving forword around the "big center". Core banking system is responsible for accounting data storage and handling of the core accounts. Provincial branch bank front system is a mediator system between the peripheral system and the core banking system, it is an integrated and uniform interface to all kinds of exehanging channels in provincial branch bank. Nowday the banking market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the basic banking service and types of banking agent business increase unceasingly. it becomes imminent for provincial branch bank to establish relatively consolidated front system and standardize uniform intermediate business operations and systems maintenance.Financial Service Payment System is a regional payment and settlement system by The people's Bank of Guangzhou Branch to organize, including commercial banks, government agencies, enterprises and institutions in Guangdong province to participate in and development. It provides processing of the payment and settlement business for Financial institutions in Guangdong Province, and provides processing of collection and payment agent business for government agencies, enterprises and institutions, also provides Information processing and delivery service on the payment and settlement business. This paper studies the Financial Service Payment System's realization From the bank's point of view.The design and development of Financial Service Payment System relies mainly on the Front-banking Integrated Platform in order to save costs and accelerate the development proeess.What we need to do is to make good use of existing modules on the platform to turn it into a software systems structure with greate convenience in terms of develoPment, maintenance, and expansibility. As mentioned above, this paper discussed the concept,integration leveles and integration architecture of the Front-banking Integrated Platform,Put forward to build application development framework over the Front-banking Integrated Platform,also describes how to use the dynamic library technology, XML technology in the application development. According to the characteristics of system requirement,the functional model of the Financial Service Payment System system is established, the business process, the overall system function structure and subsystem detailed Transaction sub-module are designed.The paper presents the system development process uses agile development model,the concept of service-oriented system architecture to decomposition system functional architecture,to complete database design by using a data modeling tool. This paper provides a method for rapid development of the intermediate business of the bank application system.
