Many attentions are paid on software engineering research since 1960s software crisis. Software systems are becoming more and more large and complex, which makes much higher demand on software development staff. Traditional design of algorithms and data structures of such complex systems is difficult to satisfy current system requirements. Since software systems are divided into many modules among which are related and assembled together as a whole, the software architecture comes into being. Architecture includes the software organizational structure, the overall control logics, communications, synchronization, and data access and design elements of functions, physical distribution and organizations, the choice of design, evaluation and realization. The ultimate aim of software architecture research and application is to reduce the development time and costs of large and complex software systems, and to improve the quality of systems.Banking integrated front system (B1FS) plays an important role of connecting up anddown position in all of the commercial bank systems. The function of the system requires higher flexibility and expansibility A BIFS with good architecture is of great significance to keep banking business continuity and stability.This paper studies the architecture of the BIFS in bank domain with goals of focusing on the field of domain resource sharing, reducing reduplicate development and maintenance difficulty, and increasing the level of the core software technology. The paper systematically describes the various components and their relationship of the BIFS and extracts software architecture in a higher abstraction level.The author hopes that this paper can provide useful reference for the successful development of the BIFS in architecture choice, system design, evolution and optimization.
