Currently, the choice of positioning technology in the market is relatively mature,but independent of each other, and there is no uniform integration platform. In this paper, the unified positioning capability engine designs to hide the different positioning of the technical details to standard protocols publishing services to meet the different needs of LBS business location.The unified positioning capability engine follows the principle of high cohesion and loose coupling.
