Therefore, this paper regards Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau as the research object, after careful and detailed analysis, design, and ultimately the Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau's equipment management system to help facilities managers to implement various types of equipment, statistical information, analysis and summary.This paper describes the oil and gas equipment management system requirements, design and implementation process.
