Design And Implementation Of J2EE Based Equipment Management System For University

The equipment management system of Universities aims at the realization of information resources in the context of whole organ and the modernization of equipment management and the transmission network. This system will make full use of the core network. We can build a kind of efficient equipment management system with high quality. It will provide good service for the executive leaders. On the basis of university business and the deep research of equipment management needs and in view of the demand to college business complexity and real-time data, this paper designs a college equipment management system which is fit for college equipment management.With the study of the traditional university equipment management system and the deep research of university specific business demands, this paper makes detailed needs analysis to the university equipment management system. The following is the main work of it.1. To make needs analysis to the university equipment management system. It subdivides the every specific module. And through the functional analysis, business flow chart and data dictionary process diagram, it describes the each module of the process in detail.2. On the basis of needs analysis and the equipment management system function module it puts forward the concrete design idea and function flow. And this system uses J2EE as the system structure, SQL2005 as the database memory, JSP as a development language, the equipment management system module.3. Finally in the view of the complexity of university business process, it makes the detailed test to the equipment system through functional test etc.Using the system on line to verify the equipment management system can effectively improve the efficiency of management of Universities. It will make it easy to integrate and share the Universities equipment. The person in charge of the university equipment management can not only grasp the detailed equipment information accurately but also look up the equipment data conveniently.
