Research And Implementation Of Visible Command Network Management System Based On Satellite Network

With the rapid development of network technology, communication technology and multimedia technology, it is common that chain of command becomes digital, intelligent and visible. For the needs in the future war, the project of visible command system based on Satellite Network was proposed, which can exchange video, audio and data between different departments to improve the chain of command. The realization and research of this satellite visible command network management system has a big significance be build digital military areas. Furthermore, the technology of this system can easily used to civil fields, and has a good economy value to the development of national economy.In order to realize a military visible command network management system (CNMS), the paper researchs into the network management of visible command system on a satellite network based on MF-TDMA. Through researching of the PVC of FR channel connected with satellite network, the paper realizes the meeting switch function of visible command system. By CNMS communicating with the distant terminal management agent (TMA) of visible command system, the management and control of visible command terminal DVC are realized. The paper takes a groping research on the satellite visible command network management system based on a new mechanism, and realizes its management on both service channel and terminal. The software is designed and coded based on the HP Openview and its software-developing package, and it can integrate with the whole satellite network management system with no gaps via SNMP protocol. This network management system has already been used in concerned army, and works well.Now visible command network management system has actually applied to relational forces, running well. The realization of TDMA-based satellite visible command network management system makes it use less satellite channel band resources than previous based on FDMA system. To network management technology, the system makes use of SNMP standard protocol replacing partly previous special network management protocol. This system differs largely from previous that based on FDMA mode on controlling visible command service channel. The project has realized the standardization of the conference network management system, and for the characters of the satellite network based on new mechanism, which makes the organizing of visible command network more flexible, maintainable, and more extendable.
