With the development of electronic and embedded technology, infrared radiation thermometer technique has made widespread applications in metallurgy enterprises, which has developed vapidly. The theory in infrared radiation has an essential influence on temperature measuring and management in hot strip rolling fields.The thesis introduces and designs a infrared radiation.thermometer based on ARM microcontroller. The device equips S3C44B0 with a high speed, reasonable ratio of performance and price ARM7 kernel inside. The infrared radiation thermometer can realize temperature measuring in metallurgy enterprises by controlling S3C44B0 and external chips. The device also has LCD display, signal output, parameter settings and other functions.This paper is mainly on the embedded devices, and discusses the designation and implementation of the system. When introduce the embedded system, I discuss theμC/OS-Ⅱsystem in detail, and analyze how to transplant the embedded real time systemμC/OS-Ⅱto ARM kernel. The thesis also introduces the hardware designation, which mainly discusses the development of application program. At last, the thesis makes summary of the system, and looks forward to the future on the current insufficiency of the system and its further use.On the basis of the analysis ofμC/OS-Ⅱ,it accomplishes a framework ofμC/OS-Ⅱ,so the developer can grasp of the critical techniques in developing embedded system and needn't develop from the beginning.In short,this thesis provides an effective way for the development of embedded products.
