Based On Net Interactive Conference System Design And Implementation

Meeting is a kind of activity, whose aim is to solve a certain common question or to exchange information in order of some different target. The rapid development of information technologies provides all kinds of equipments for meeting, such as audio/video equipment and communication network. Since computer enters meeting room, meeting activity is provided more and more expensive developing space. Digital meeting system appears generally. Meeting are experimenting the innovation in the aspect of form and content.This dissertation starts from the current situation of products of digital meeting system and the current situation of meeting activity in our affiliation. Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the default of products of digital meeting system; secondly, the existing questions of meeting activity in our affiliation is presented to explicit the requirement of the software which is designed and developed in this research work. Aiming at these requirements, the design work is processed. Eventually, an interactive meeting assistant system is proposed bases on Visual C#, MySQL.The innovations of this dissertation include the following aspects.1. A research thread of enhancing the building of software in meeting room was proposed, which broke through the limitation of current situation.2. The interactive meeting assistant system was divided into two parts, that is hardware and software, which provided the enough chance for attendee to express their own ideas.3. A research thread of controlling display device was suggested firstly. The method of control two different display devices was researched and realized, which could meet the requirements of some special meeting activity in our affiliation.4. The voting result was statics and display visually. Compared with the relevant products, the voting result is reproducible and storable.5. An interactive meeting assistant system based on .NET was realized.
