With the rapid economic growth, electric load grows up year by year, the contradiction between supply and demand of the power has become increasingly prominent, more and more serious power failures in our country has become a block one of the bottleneck of the economic development. In recent years, facing the serious shortage of power supply, the study"how to improve the existing power generation units and save energy while improving efficiency"holds much significance. Application of gas turbine inlet cooling technology is to raise the purpose of gas turbine generator power generation capacity, especially in peak can increase capacity, when the slow power supply pressure.Gas turbine cooling air intake system, must in the original power generation systems based on system adding a set of cooling system. Cooling system is mainly function is: through the recovery unit with gas waste heat, steam is produced, to provide power, ultimately through chiller cooler gas turbine inlet will be cooled to a certain temperature. In order to air cooling system, ensure real-time monitoring coordination, safe and economic operation, need to develop a set of reliable, stable control system. The project team put forward a PLC as the core, and complementary with electromagnetic flow sensor, hot accidentally temperature sensor, pressure sensor gas turbine inlet of the cooling system centralized monitoring system. This centralized monitoring system management software using the Delphi7.0 platform development completed, and used the powerful third party controls, the database management software using the SQLSevers 2000.This article first gas turbine inlet cooling technology the theoretical basis of the application of and development. Describes the cooling system of the unit, the functions of the parts of the OPC technology and system, the communication configuration. Key described the measurement and control system software design, including Delphi multithreaded programming, and exception handling mechanism, the third party controls, database design, software function module, software interface and software test, etc. Measurement and control software system in August 2010 in the jinhua shortfalls in use today, operation, stable and reliable performance.
