Along with high speed development of computer information technology, network technology and database technology, nowadays education informationization has been the mainstream trend for most university, and building digital campus which is highly active as also as safe has been one of important ways in education informationization. As being a major management tool of campus daily operation, the development of university logistic service information system marks the development process of information system digital campus. And for this, more and more universities input a large amount of manpower and material resources one after another to guarantee the design and building of the system. At this stage, the technology of information system architecture has been comparatively mature. It is possible to make use of various sources which are concerning the implementation of network architecture and logic codes, the design of database, as well as the management of information system. But certainly, it will be distinguish of the design proposal when they building the systems, at the same time, the use of some advanced technology is not mature enough. on account of aforementioned reasons, this article proposes a scheme of The design and implementation of the university logistic service information system which is based on B/S architected.The design and implementation of the university logistic service information system is typical MIS system. The study emphasis includes how to structure network architecture, make website classification, implement database connection, design database Table relations, as also control and manage of calling system. More over considering the performance and expansibility, a great information system should be aware of the followings: how to reduce response time; how to provide better user experience; how to control sessions of multi-user; and how to complete synchronization processing of database etc.This article firstly introduces the study background of the university logistic service information system and the main work of author, and then introduces priority techniques that building information system should come down to: B/S architected, ASP.NET architecture, and the knowledge of database technology; afterwards, in chapter four, designs detailed system logical structure: system demand analysis, system control flow designing, system E-R diagram, database connection, system calling control technology, designing system basic functional module and designing system page frame. In this part, it's strictly by the system development standard from the demand analysis to code implementation according to circle and step of software engineering. At last, this article is based on B/S and ASP.NET architecture, and uses SQL Server database, finally sets up a test system for testing the safety, functionality, performance and management of this system. From the testing result, this design can be used in the reality, but also has some problems which need to be resolved.This article summarizes system theory and design thought, discusses code implementation in detail, and passes the system test. So it's provides a set of design and implementation of the university logistic service information system.
