Network Office Automation Management System Design And Realization

With the development of computer technology, Internet becomes more and more popular and the office automation systems have great applications. By using those systems, we can enhance the efficient of the enterprises.This thesis is going to design an office automation system that realizes the construction based on the web way presented in figures and diagrams work class management system management system. This system enables it to be suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprise itself internal management and the trade development demand. By using the computer technology and the Internet technology, we can realize enterprise's office automation and the management informationization. The overall system divides into system's overall design and so on ten administration modules. The series all work flow as a result of all work flow, may free, nimble carry on the disposition, and have custom-made the new work flow according to the actual need.To implement the system, we use the JSP dynamic page design technique and Struts, the Spring technology, the MySQL data bank technology, the JAEE technology, the B/S model construction and so on related computer technology. At the same time, this thesis has carried on a more detailed elaboration regarding the design key part's function.This thesis unifies the office automation system development example. The system elaborates and realizes the method in the overall system development regarding system's design concept. Finally, we summarized the office automation system design and the technical background by using example analysis.
