Modern enterprise management, information technology and with the continuous development of digital technology is changing, especially in network technology and the rapid development of computer technology today, more and more fierce market competition forced the managers of enterprises to continue to pursue information management. For enterprise product information management, the need to use information technology tools, the company's products on-line statistics, sales analysis, effectively improve product sales into the library and information management. This paper is in this context, analysis and design, and implemented a Web-based environment, network Invoicing product management system.This tehsis from the network inventory management of the basic concepts and theoretical basis, using existing software and systems development of advanced technology to the progressive realization of the network inventory management system. This thesis first describes the system design of the system model and describes how to use the three-tier technology and data management tools, designed in ASP.NET environment. Secondly, this system is divided into six basic modules, namely, stock management, sales management, basic information management, query statistics, between management and the basic system configuration, each of these functional modules for design and implementation; paper while taking advantage of the characteristics of a three-tier structure, the use of data access technology, stored procedures, to improve the system's data access speed and efficiency, optimize the design of the system; paper on the realization of the final module of the system functionality and performance of both tests in order to fully complete product inventory management information analysis and research.
