Infield Acceptance Of Automatic Test System Developed

As the development of equipment technology, new motivation and opportunity was brought to scientific research in sourcing filed. To reform the way for inspection and acceptance of air data computer in order to catch up with the new requirement during equipment technology development, our office continuously conducted advantageous exploration on automatic inspection and acceptance for years. The systematic pioneering work obtains objective demonstration effect."In-House Inspection and Acceptance Automated Test System"is one kind of universalized and standardized ATE equipment for inspecting Air Data Computer System. The system defines one APBUS2.0 bus conductor for its own use to provide sufficient power supply and signal channel for different kinds and quantity volume. The signal in each channel is unique. The software the system applied is C++Builder and its test function is mainly in application layer. The main interface includes two parts: Pre-test Preparation Interface and Project Test Interface. The Project Test Interface is divided, according to test items, into Self-inspection Interface, Output Accuracy Test Interface, Vertical Speed Test Interface and Discrete Magnitude Test Interface. Pre-test Preparation Interface is designed as multi-document structure and Project Test Interface is realized by applying DLL including VCL module.This system can inspect 4 sets of ADC simultaneously, and all the thermal chest control and the parameter inputs are done automatically. The whole inspection process requires no manual handling. With different connecting adapters and program modules, this automatic military acceptance inspection system can inspect different types of ADC. And the average time on each set can be reduced from 12 hours to 3 hours, which greatly increase the work efficiency of the military acceptance inspection. With this improved inspection method, the quality control can also be promoted.
