Research On Computer-aided Acceptance And Auditing System For Logging Data

With the using of new logging instruments in oil drilling engineering, the large amounts of data collected in logging site brings enormous pressure to logging data auditors. It is urgent to build a data acceptance system based on computer network for logging companies, which will help to relieve the work pressure and improve the work efficiency. The current logging data acceptance system provides collaborative office working environment for logging companies, which improves the efficiency of logging data processing to some extent. However, because of the lack of assisted audit function, these systems are unable to solve the problem of massive data for logging companies. Therefore, it has become a very significant research direction to build a logging data acceptance system with assisted audit function.Combining domestic and foreign research results with the requirement investigation to a company, this paper is aimed to build a logging data acceptance system with assisted audit function. Firstly, the basic process of oil drilling and the scale and characteristics of logging data are introduced. Secondly, this paper describes the system requirements, analyzes the acceptance process, designs the system architecture, designs the database and divides the system into some modules including data updating, data specification management, data auditing, log management, template configuration, statistical information management and rights management, etc. Thirdly, aiming at key technologies of the system, this paper designs and implements models to solve the problems of logging data storage and assisted audit function. Finally, based on the preliminary analysis and designing results, this paper implements all function modules of the system and uses real logging data as the experimental data for functional testing and performance testing.This paper uses the method of custom template to design the data storage model, and combines the theory of arithmetic, judgment and logic to design the assisted audit model. It can not only solve the problem of assisted audit and the custom storage of logging data, but also play a theoretical guiding role in financial, statistical and other fields. Therefore, this research has an important theoretical significance and practical value.
