With the development of mobile phones, a handheld device is necessary to help user's social work, communication, entertainment. Therefore more powerful mobile storage and computing ability are very important. Because of the special nature of mobile devices, no matter how far the development of technology, cell phone cannot be as fast as the mainframe computing, super mass storage. The rise of cloud technology will solve mobile phone operations on the problem of inadequate storage.This dissertation is based on cloud technology, mobile phones were studied object, on the basis of analysis of the evolution of mobile applications for SaaS, the exploratory and innovative research were made. The main contents are as follows.1. These were described the main framework of the cloud structure, classification, characteristics and comparative analysis. The status in the framework the and role in cloud frame of SaaS were analyzed. That commercial PaaS are introduced, their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed also. The current development of China's SaaS and the direction of future development are analyzed.2. The evolution of communications technology, the classification of mobile platforms, mobile application features were described. The evolution of mobile applications were summarized, mobile application development trends were analyzed likewise.3. A set of SaaS solutions on mobile phones were proposed to achieve a combination of cloud and mobile phone technology. The program GAE (Google App Engine) as the cloud platform, Android as a mobile platform, SaaS applications is carried out with the Java. MVC design and C / S structure were used. The client terminal includes Browser and Phone. GAE Server and Browser hostes. Phone is a stand-alone applications on the Android platform, Server, Browser, Phone via HTTP protocol for data communication.4. A PIM synchronization software were developed with the Java. The software will be used to achieve phone card folder synchronization, so that the phone's contacts are synchronized to the cloud server to backup data. By this mobile SaaS instance, the feasibility has been verified.
