| Over the years, during the process of handling cases, police officers always have many difficulties, such as a long way to go, many lists to fill out, enforcement of law procedure, supervision and management difficulties of law enforcement and so on. All these problems above are the biggest barrier of improving the quality of law enforcement. Because these problems can not be resolved for long time,they not only lead to the low enforcement efficiency of police system, the low quality of enforcement and the bad evaluation of general public, but also seriously effect the enforcement credit standing and social image of police.How make the best of use computer,network resource and informationization technique, and more scientific supervision and assessment for enforcement quality, that are main problems which need to resolved in this paper.Police enforcement assessment information system mainly achieve some functions as follows:remind policeman the time limit of enforcement,supervise the enforcement quality of policeman,evaluate the total quality of cases of law enforcement agency by objective data. The whole system adopts B/S model, and utilizes ASP.NET technique to development. Through system requirement analysis,system design,function realization and system testing,we achieve the prospective design aim.Police enforcement assessment information system promotes the improving the quality of enforcement and the enforcement level of police. At the same time, we combine the informationization with law enforcement work of police,which is propitious to institutionally ensure the fairness of law enforcement of police. |
