At present, it is an era in which Internet develops rapidly and Internet has already been integrated to people’s daily life. As a result, people’s way of thinking, lifestyle, production modes, and way of learning and education style have all been changed in a tremendous way. In addition, the ways that education agencies transfer knowledge to students also begin to change. Based on Internet and especially under the environment of fiercely competition, online education has been welcomed by students. What’s more, online education will also contribute to the reform of education management modes. Therefore, education agencies should find a manage system of online education that suit for them in order to improve teacher’s efficiency and enhance their competitiveness.In this paper, the main use of Web2.0interactive of online teaching development system, and have selected the SQL Server2008, to achieve the system internal data interact with the ASP.NET technology. The author first analyzes the demands of training schools’ teaching management. It can be divided into4function modes, i.e. System management, resource management, training management and information management. Detailed functions are as follows:user admin, department management, statistics analysis, purchase of learning cards, announcement management, news management and forum management etc. The platform system is developed upon B/S multi-layer framework and it suits for schools for teaching, management and training. This thesis discusses the system’s design thoughts, detailed framework design, topology design, database design, procedures, key technologies and function interfaces. At last, the thesis tests from the spheres of function and performance.Now this system has been running in Nanjing Shangfu Company and it has been running steadily. The system has achieved all courses’ online teaching, improved both lecturers and students’enthusiasm and improved the efficiency of traditional teaching. Lecturers can prepare and publish courseware and train students; students and students will not be restricted from time, space or regions. In this way, knowledge can be transferred in a better way and this will also improve people’s skills.
