White Car Body Measurement Data Processing Software Implementation

The acceleration of fierce competition in Chinese automobile industry and improvement of manufacturing efficiency by applying the AI automatic equipment, made controlling the manufacturing quality of automobile body-in-white with a quick and accurate method a competing focus of quality management in advanced automobile manufacturing enterprise. Based on analysis of the demand in automobile quality control of body in white, and combined with modern coordinate measurement technology, this thesis designed and accomplished a white body measurement data processing system which is simple, practical, stable, and secure.In the background of the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the quality control of white body has been taken more and more importance. This thesis introduced a widely used measuring method of applying coordinate measuring machine in white body as well as the approach indicators of automobile quality analysis based on coordinate measuring methods, and then puts forward the basic demand of quality control report. Based on demand analysis, developing platforms and operating platform is given out. This system is designed as four major functional modules, namely: system management module, basic information management module, report management module and document management module. After a detailed analysis of the data processing report, the data model of common indicators on quality control in body-in-white on measuring points (AV, CPM, CPK, 6σ) is proposed.According to the quality control requirements, the data processing system needs to generate three main reports: Conventional Measurement Report, Data Processing and Analysis Report, Full-size measurement Report. The three statements in the body of a complete quality analysis report are the final body measurement data processing results. Reporting structure and coding has been fully studied, practicality and feasibility in whish are practically significant. System application is given in the second half of the thesis for quality control of actual cases, which is also system test result, experimental results show that the system functions are fully met the quality control requirements.
