The consequence is likely to be catastrophic if there is a failure appeared during the flight for the aircraft. Therefore, the maintenance work for the aircraft is especially important. Maintenance program is the instruction document for all preventive maintenance work of the aircraft. Whether the maintenance program is scientific or not, not only relates to the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft, but alsodirectly affects the cost for aircraft maintenance. Meanwhile, the maintenance program of the aircraft is dynamic. When adjust or optimize the maintenance program, based on the operating environment and the maintenance condition and through the acquisition analysis and project assessment of the reliable data, scientifically and dynamically optimize the maintenance program to truly realize the continuous airworthiness of the aircraft at the lowest maintenance cost.This article firstly discusses and makes research on the common methods of aircraft maintenance task confirmation at present and puts emphasis on the principles as well as the detailed application steps that these methods based. Make deep research and discussion about the theory of MSG-3 analysis of logic applied to the aircraft maintenance. It mainly analyzes two types of aircraft maintenance task, on is the planned maintenance tasks operated periodically to prevent the deviation of the inherent safety and reliability of the aircraft. It mainly includes maintenance task of the aircraft system, maintenance task of the structure program as well as the regional maintenance task. Another type is non-planned maintenance tasks, mainly caused by the problems, failure reports as well as the data analysis results during the process of planned maintenance task. On the basis of the analysis and research on various kinds of maintenance tasks as well as under the instruction of MSG-3 analysis of logic, the solution model of fixing the maintenance task of the aircraft is established.This article makes a detailed requirement analysis of the system, including function and performance requirement by making use of the related theories and knowledge in the software engineering as well as based on the established solution program mode of fixing the maintenance task for the aircraft.Then it fixes the idea of system architecture based on the main function requirement and important performance requirement, analyzes and discusses the logical architecture view, deployment architecture view, operation architecture view, development architecture view as well as the data architecture view etc of the system. It makes detailed design and analysis of every function module in this system and realizes the main function of the system by making use of programming language. In the whole procedure of the system design and development, it always carries out the related software engineering ideas and makes use of UML to unify the process of the design and development the modeling language specification to get a good effect.The confirmation of the aircraft maintenance under the instruction of MSG-3 can make the maintenance task according to the general condition of the aircraft, which is more scientific and practical when compared with the traditional maintenance task. The MSG-3 logical analysis support system can help administrator of the maintenance task to make a more optimized aircraft maintenance program to enhance the maintenance efficiency of the aircraft and save the maintenance cost.
