Research And Analysis On Planning And Management System Of Construction Land In Taizhou City

With the rapid development of China’s technology and culture, the contradiction between the limitation of land supply and the growth in social demand is becoming acute, in recent years. Classical manual management on land planning cannot satisfy the requirement of society. Therefore, the information technology based land planning management system is imperative, to specify the management process and lift the efficiency.In this paper, I propose a design solution for the land planning management system. From the point view of the requirement engineering, the original processes are introduced at first with drawing the flow charts. The computer system, introduced as a new role, helps to modify and optimize the original processes and build the new processes. Then various roles are introduced and the system using case diagram is presented. Both the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams are illustrated follows. At last, the database designing plan is proposed and the concrete entity class diagram is drawn. Both the design of tables in database and the dependency relation are studied. The researches and works have been summarized in the last part of this paper, so is the future work.
