In the filed of optoelectronic measuring, the Lidar is usually used to obtain the precise 3D outline information, for its low dependence to the light of the environment. The CMOS camera has a higher resolution, and it can acquire the color and veins information of a target to recognize the target easily. The 3D model with color information can be obtained by fusing the image from the Lidar and CMOS camera. It can enhance the ability of recognizing for the target .This technique has the great significance and future in 3D scene of the city, the virtual reality, robot sense of vision, aviation and aerospace.To meet the requirement of multi-sensor optoelectronic measuring system, the paper has designed a hardware board, with small size, fast processing and low power consuming. The paper has also discussed the principle and realization of a Lidar to ranging. And then it has confirmed that the system will be carry out with the structure of ARM+DSP+FPGA, using a dual core processor OMAP-L138 as the central processor, using FPGA XC3S50AN as the extend IC. It has also designed the high speed DDR2 processing module, the large capacity SATA hardisk module, the Flash memory module, CMOS image acquisition module and the communication module based on OMAP-L138. The acquisition module based on XC3S50AN is set for the Lidar. The paper has also designed the outer circuit for measuring. All of them have fully satisfied the requirement for high speed processing. Then, the paper has discussed in detail on how to obtain better signal integrity. A compact PCB board in small size has been designed with the rules decided by signal integrity theory. Finally,the hardware debug had beed done by building the hardware driver and the transplant of bootloader, providing ensurement of high speed and high precision 3D measuring task.
