The Research And Designing Of The Tele-communication Secondary Network Platform

With the rapid development of Chinese Internet market and the gradually scale-up of network, the number of broadband users and the time of online also continue to increase. Some of the key businesses including VoIP, IPTV, Large Custom MPLS VPN, C Net IP RAN require more higher network quality and security. The current IP Metropolitan area network has not already met the requirement of the business development. Therefore, a second network that is complete, independent of the existing Metropolitan area network will be required urgently.This paper based on the Tele-communication Second Network Platform, according to the actual situation and requirements, presents a design resolution for Tele-communication Second Network.In this paper, some of the key technologies about Network interconnection, broadband access etc was explained, and the service bearing mode, network interface design, network design, routing algorithm selection, business access authentication section, redundant backup measures, equipment type selection etc also was presented.Meantime, the paper gave the resolution of IP address planning and VLAN planning. Finally, according to the existing access, the paper presented some requirement about various access scheme and technical measures, including network access business design, business access scene design, equipment configuration etc.
