Librarians Social Capital Accumulation Strategy Research

Librarians are the main part of the library. It is the proper meaning of the library management to analysis and evaluate the librarians' mind, psychology and job performance, to grasp the ideological lifeline of librarians, to eliminate their psychological and emotional negative factors,and to maximize their initative and creativity.Social capital has been an international academic hotspot from the 1980s. It is considered another capital type which can not be ignored besides monetary capital,physical capital,technological capital and human capital. The concept of social capital which is introduced into the library science sduty is aimed to analysis the librarians' interpersonal networks, belif, social norms, capital strategy, and to analysis the importance of accumulating social capital for librarians. It is pointed in this article that accumulating social capital will have very important and positive impact to librarians and the development of library; As in the public domain and need to provide services to public,library and librarians need to accumulate and use social capital adcantages effectively to obtain the necessary knowledge resources, financial resources and human resources.And all of these can promot libaraies and librarians' development and miximize the effectiveness of knowledge management.At the same time, in this article, it is proposed sevral means of accumulating social capital of librarians combining "career pateau", "career burnout" and other phenomenons of librarians to improve librarians' job perfomance and their physical and mental health, and to point out useful ideas and give some inspiration to the library even the whole libraries.
