Research And Application Of The E-government Information Integration Based On BizTalk

In recent years, China's rapid development of e-government, various government departments have their own applications , however, these applications are developed or imported according to business needs once time, they are independent ,overall planning is lacked between various application systems, data coming from various application systems are scattered and independent,lacking a standardized data format,this is not good to make use of information and discovery deeply information, leading to the "information island" phenomenon happening, the "information island" phenomenon is not avoidless to construct distributed information application,when the level of information is very big, the "information island" problem begin to happen,clearing up it is main task for information working,in order to clear up it, different application systems are integrated from user interface,but also it must achieve data exchanging between various heterogeneous applications,due to continuously development of information construction,and the number of application system increasing,adding existing applications,it is not possible to develop interface that connect other application for each application. Problem-solving approach is to build a application integration and information exchange platform,each application only change a little,they can follow open standards,and communicate with other application by this platform, it achieve the integration of information resources.This article research key technologies about information integrated platform,such as BizTalk Framework,WEB Service,WCF Communication Technology,and make a comparison between traditional systems integration and technology platform applicated , traditional integrating technology mainly is integrated in point-to-point's way,when a new application is developed,related interface must be developed,this increase number of developer's work,and it is not advantaged for developer to maintain later. Information Integrated Platform in Qiao Kou District use webpart technology of Microsoft,which achieve to integrate different application systems in user interface, flexible customization and Single Sign-On,it also achieve a unified management account, In the business logic it use BizTalk Server middleware to be a secondary development,which is also data center of Qiaokou District,its purpose is to communicate with each other,and make different standardized data format accord to different application. Platform for business data use technology related to windows Service, sql trigger achieve to get data automaticly,it is helpful to decouple, because it does not depend on detail related to achieve. In the performance, a flexible strategy is applicated,exchanging a lot of data by the difference between field,reducing pressure of server,and the risk of downtime.
