Hydropower obtained rapid development in our country in recent years which as a sustainable development and clean energy. However hydropower dispatching management becomes more and more difficult as a result of different installed capacity, varied regulating performance, wide distribution, complex scheduling relationship, therefore how to build hydropower management system, and improve the level of hydropower scheduling, and improved the " rebuild light canal" situation is an urgent need to solve the problem. According to the characteristic of hydropower, and combine the advantage of J2EE, such as rich component, easy maintenance, rich extended and flexible features, design and implement the hydropower management system, the main contents are as follows:(1)I build the province-district integrated hydropower management system based on J2EE which is developed to handle a number of problems or difficulties about hydropower system, such as the decentralized dispatching between large hydropower and small hydropower, the disordered management of small hydropower, the situation which dispatch department can not real-time control and management under the jurisdiction of plant information. The system functions include user management, basic data maintenance, and dynamic information collection and so on. The proposed system has been successfully used in Yunnan power grid.(2) Aim at problems of the hydropower management system, like many system module function, complex structure, frequent demand change and so on, I study and design the foreground component, and develop a series of general foreground component, which include general component based on jQuery, statements derived component based on Ajax, chart display component combined with JFreeChart and so on. These components can be repeat used, which improve the reusability and maintainability of the system, realization of the user interface and operation process of the consistent style.(3) Analysis of hydropower management system characteristic, combining with object-oriented technology, extraction module common to achieve a unified interface common business logic component construction, for the system on the original module expansion or add new modules to provide a prerequisite. In the process of realizing the first definition of a good general component interface, again using the inheritance mode according to the different functions of each module are respectively extended base class inheritance, to achieve sub task. Using the unified interface technology greatly enhanced the system maintainability and scalability of the system, conducive to the upgrading and transformation. (4) Hydropower management system as a province, district, county, power users to share data platform, data query, update data is essential for the operation, and these data store read and write are needed with the backstage database connection, system select current popular database Oracle 10g as the development platform, and based on user data the extraction rate of traditional JDBC of the package design, to achieve their own database connection pool assembly for all modules in use, to give users a good experience at the same time, reduces the data connection is established, the destruction of the cost, greatly saves the memory development.Finally, a summary of the full text of the work, and further problems were discussed.
