With the accelerated pace of the society and the increase of the social life, people's life is too stressful. These lead to the heart disease happened unexpectedly. The heart disease has become a major disease that seriously threat to paople's health and life. An electrocardiogram is the basis to diagnose these diseases. The uses of the ECG monitor run through the treatment and the restoration from sickness. It has some advantages such as credible diagnosis; brief measures and harmless. It has a more important place in the modern medicine.The paper mainly dose below studies:(1) Portable ECG monitor system hardware research and implementation.According to ECG feature, select the electronic device with the appropriate parameters to design the front amplifier module of ECG acquisition and to complete the amplification of weak signal; based on the frequency range of biological signals to design the hardware filter circuit and AD conversion. Besides the parameter of heart rate is also carried out.After the display of ECG, we will write the programe of algorithm and driver of the heart rate.The realization of human body temperature. It includes five parts:the choice of electrical components for the use of measuring body temperature; the hardware circuit and the driver programe; the display of temperature on the LED and the alarm system.Blood pressure. It has four parts:the selection of the components; the hardware circuit; the driver programe; as well as the final outcome of the show. Use ARM processor S3C2440 which is high-performance and low-power to record and analyz the collected signals; besides use the touch screen as an interactive interface for the user.(2) Embedded operating system and associated drive transference. According to the characteristics of the processor S3C2440 select the suitable bootloader to transplant and study the Linux kernel, and make some relevant changes according to ARM platform to complete transplantation; construct the file system and build cross-compiler environment; transfer library and achieve the drivers of LCD and ADC.(3) Use of Qt/Embedded to design the embedded interface. Based on the function of Portable ECG monitoring system to design appropriate graphics.
