Currently, forecasting function is generally ignored in sales management process of simulation teaching software, which lead to a result that teaching contents are separated from enterprise business process and the conflicts are emerged between actual demands and teaching effect. In order to remedy the lost of forecasting function, the system forecasts product sales volume, subdivides customers, analyzes the relationship between customer types and customer behavior by using clustering analysis and decision tree algorithm and finds out the principles between data through data mining. In response to these different targets, the system establishes many forecasting models and then builds model system, so accurately predicts results could be provided. The whole model system includes longitudinal forecasting model, transverse forecasting model and customer forecasting model. Statistics prediction of data mining is used to build the model of longitudinal forecasting, the transverse forecasting model is built on the basis of data mining clustering algorithm, data mining decision tree algorithm is used to forecast customer behavior on the basic of customer segmentation, which is obtained from data mining clustering algorithm.Further more, designs the database and function such as sales forecasting, sales plan, order management, sales analysis and market development in detail on the basis of .NET platform and SQL SERVER. After superiority analysis of OLAP data warehouse technology, designs OLAP multi-dimensional data structure according to the specific conditions of simulation system. The multi-dimensional data structure saves storage space, the users browse and analyze data in different point of view and find change trend of data through this kind of structure. At last, an empirical research of system done in the background of Harbin Normal University sales laboratory teaching application. It is proved that the system function is integrated and easy to operate and the system can satisfy the needs of sales teaching by the practical effect analysis.
