Knowledge Management Of Information Project

This thesis presents the knowledge management of information project. Nowdays the organizations are facing an everchanging market and they urge for an integrated set of methodology of knowledge management. This set of methodology can improve firms' capability of project management, reduce duplication of labor as well as optimize their resource by unceasing accumulation, effective utilization & innovation of project knowledge. Eventually the enterprises will be able to reform their efficacy of project implementation so as to survive and develop from the drastic competition.Through reading extensive literatures, the author has been making efforts to discuss the concept and system in regards to the knowledge of Information project, analyzing the major factors and the interrelations amongst them from various points of views. The emphasis has been given to that the knowledge management of Information project is obliged to wield the influences of key body and we should enforce the management of implicit knowledge. In this article, the othor also proposes a way that adapts to the knowledge management of Information project to collect and share the knowledge. By a systematic review on the knowledge management theories, this essay explores on how to overcome the the deficiencies of existing theories. In the meantime it covers the concrete procedures of applying the theories to knowledge management of Information project.The main contents of this essay lies in:(1) Researching that the management of Information project's,and raising the problem of implicit knowledge is achieved by managing its carrier——project members, that people are both the body and object of management.(2) Identifying the source and range of knowledge of Information project (stemming from business process, simultaneously serving the business process); (3) Probing into the relationship between information project management and knowledge management, specifying the major content of knowledge management of Information project; (4)Improving the knowledge management modle of Construction project,then describing the related process of how it implements the knowledge management;To some extent, the rationality of this system model has been proved through researching and evaluating the Information project knowledge management of Jiangxi "one stop" population information system. The innovation of the thesis is letting the host of knowledge management to become the guest of information knowledge management to be managed, and improving the model through integrating the knowledge management objectives, methods and tools into the knowledge management system model of construction project. Making he models more suitable for information project knowledge management,the rationality of this system model has been proved through researching actual case.Focusing on the characteristics of Information project, this dissertation launches an integrated research of knowledge management factors as well as constructs a comprehensive model of knowledge management system of Information project. These are done by applying the theories of knowledge management and project management and referring to the research findings of conventional architecture projects'knowledge management. It also acquires useful information from the empirical study of the practical case——Jiangxi "one stop" population information system. The main purpose of this paper is to accelerate the development of knowledge management and information of household register process within the public security bureau, improving the ability and efficiency of similar information projects. Eventually,it's written to provide reference for a more comprehensive,systematic research on knowledge management of information project and its implementation techniques.
