Organic Light-Emitting Diode (abbreviation-OLED) is a new kind of display technology, and represents the development direction of future display technology. With advantages such as ultra-thin, solid-state, active luminous, high brightness, high contrast, almost no perspective restrictions and widely operating temperature range, OLED has great application prospect. With the rapid development of OLED display technology, the design principles such as display gray, color saturation and service need to meet the practical application requirements. However, in terms of device manufacturing technology and drive circuit, OLED display technology is not mature, so it requires further improvement. OLED pixel driver circuit is an important method to improve the performance of the OLED display device. Low pixel circuit opening rate will directly shorten the service life of OLED display device. So increase the opening rate means to extend the service life of the device, and it can also ensure that energy consumption is reduced.For some key problems of OLED display technology, this paper use data calculation and simulation method to study OLED pixel circuit. TFT tube is used to replace storage capacitance, and analyses the relationship between different breadth length ratio and storage capacitance. The research work can be seen in the following:1. Research on OLED driving method by analyzing existent problem of the OLED pixel circuit, and then putting forward improving design scheme of TFT. Select MOS tube, whose job characteristics is the same as TFT tube, to compare with TFT by analyzing. And finally, determine the MOS tube scheme is a better choice for OLED pixel circuit.2. Some important parameters of four tube OLED pixels circuit element including drive tube, important parameters switch tube W/L and equivalent storage capacitors is designed. The result of the research shows that the opening rate has greatly improved.3. According to the working principle of OLED, choose appropriate basement and cathode anode material to make materials preparation, so as to achieve experimental lab single little light.4. According to the related issues of OLED screen drive, PSpice software is used to simulate the parameters of four tube OLED pixel circuit. Simulation analysis lays a good foundation of further research.
