Management Information System Of Clean Development Mechanism Projects

With the quick development of CDM in China, implementing projects have increased annually with great variety and forms. Project management becomes more complicated. This task is trying to design a CDM project management system for provincial development and reform commission, which could resolve problems of storage, management, analysing and applying huge information of projects on one hand, and could help organizations such as government and enterprise to make decision to improve application, implementing and supervising CDM projects in China.This article starts from the actual situation of CDM project management; investigates and analyses actual demands of project managers; establishes specific functional modules of CDM project management system; states general design and detailed design of the system and implements functions of storage, searching and analysis of related project information for users.This article especially studies Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server database and ADO.NET visiting database technology and basically realizes the expectant systematic target by using these softwares and technologies.
