Yongkang Ippf Management System Design And Realization

Populace information-based build is always an important part of our government's information-based build. Family planning is also face to the opportunities and challenge of the information-based build. In the family planning work, they need to book in and deal with a large number of data, the handcraft work way is hard to satisfy the require of government information, it is low efficiency, high error rate. And in the family planning, there always some people go to check instead of other bodies, this is seriously affected the normal work of family planning. So, governments at all levels want to use information method in the work.This system is designed and development based on the family planning work of YongKang. First, we analysis and designed the system requirements according to the features of family planning work in YongKang, then we used UML to design the system. Aim at substitute check in the work, the system used VFW to achieve the collection and comparison of photos, use Biokey SDK to achieve the fingerprint recognize function, we use photo and fingerprint to check the women's identity, put an end to substitute check.The use of family planning system improved the working, carry out the accumulate and share of populace information resource, realized family planning information, improved the operation capacity family planning departmental. Practiced was proved that the forth putting of system can improved work efficiency, debase the error rate, and stopped the substitute check.
