The information management system of university academic, which had been designed for Educational Administration as the software system. Management system can effectively improve the teaching level of manage information. Academic departments could make scientific and effective management of academic and improve the overall strength of school management. In this thesis, the university Educational Management Information System had been researched based on B/S model. Many functions can be used such as, personal information management, teacher management, student management, curriculum management, performance management and systems management. This thesis had some practical value.Firstly, in this thesis the basic concepts of educational management system had been described. Then the basic concepts of B/S model had been studied. The ASP.NET Framework technology architecture had also been analyzed, Web services technology had been researched. At last, the development environment of the system to achieve had been determined. The SQL Server 2000 database had been used to design the database development as an environment. And the UML technology had been used for system modeling.Secondly, the educational management model and structure the overall system had been analyzed and designed. Firstly, functionality and performance requirements had been analyzed of the educational management system. On the basis of demand, the function part such as personal information management system, teacher management, student management, curriculum management, performance management and system management modules had been designed of this management system. And the database of educational management system had been designed and built. The data flow diagrams, logical database design and stored procedures of the educational management system had been completed.At last of this thesis, the modules of student management, personal information management, program management, teacher management, performance management and system management had been achieved according to the requirements analysis and design of the content. And then the educational management system that had been designed had achieved functional and performance testing. This study of information technology for the development of the academic institutions of higher learning will had a certain amount of theoretical and practical value.
