With economic globalization and the Internet have become the inevitable trend of world economic development, and increasing competition between companies, customers and the company has become the focal point. Customer Relationship Management (Customer Relationship Management, CRM) systems as a new customer relationship management systems came into being. This article briefly describes the source of the CRM system theory, and CRM commercial development at home and abroad, while the CRM system design principles and basic function in the description of the various types of CRM for a preliminary analysis based on this based on SMS technology, call center and customer relationship management application system design and implementation.
